Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS:
We are able to accept items in resellable condition. We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. All original tags and/or labels must be attached, and the products must be unworn/unused. Mila Nathan is not responsible for damages made to the product in shipping or in customer’s possession.
Once your item is received by us, your item will be inspected and approved (if applicable) for a refund. You will receive a refund email for your item, minus the cost of the return label. If you have any questions please reach out to at heythere@milanthan.co. Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be processed and a refund or exchange to be issued once your package has arrived at our store.
EXCHANGES:
We accept exchanges within 30 days of original purchase. Please send us an email to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package.
REFUNDS:
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our shop. Please note, returns do take us 3-5 business days to process upon reaching us. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please be aware that refunds can take several business days to reflect in the account used for payment. Timeframes vary depending on financial institutions used.
